Player Profile

• Position, height, weight, batting/throwing hand

Data You Enter

• Game logs: date, opponent, score, batting / pitching / fielding stats
• Training logs: date, condition, drill types, metrics, notes
• Growth records: measurement date, height, weight

Usage Data

• Basic analytics via Google Analytics (page views, session duration). Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the app — storing and displaying your stats and logs
• To improve the app — understanding which features are used most
• To respond to support requests sent to our email

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone — ever.

3. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Your data is kept as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted immediately.
• You can request deletion of specific records at any time from within the app.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited cases:

• Supabase Inc. — our backend provider, which handles database storage and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase servers under their privacy and security policies.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or a valid legal process (e.g., court order or subpoena).

5. Data Security

• Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled securely by Supabase Auth
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced — you can only access your own data
• Access to the database is restricted to the minimum necessary

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The app uses your browser's local storage to maintain your login session and improve performance. This data stays on your device and is not used to identify or track you. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Delete your account at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Inning Log is designed for use by players, parents, and coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through a notice in the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
