1. What Inning Log Is

Inning Log is a free baseball stats tracking app built and maintained by a solo developer. It's designed for players, parents, and coaches to log games, track stats, and review performance over time. There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no paywalls.

2. Your Account

• You must create an account to use the app. Please provide accurate information when signing up.
• Your account is for your personal use only — don't share it with others or create accounts on behalf of people who haven't agreed to these terms.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. What You Can Do With the App

Inning Log gives you tools to:

• Log games with batting, pitching, and fielding stats
• Track your plate appearances and at-bat quality with QAB metrics
• Analyze performance by tournament, month, or season
• Keep a training log and monitor physical growth over time
• View career records and personal bests

We may add, change, or remove features over time as the app evolves.

4. What You Can't Do

To keep the app reliable and fair for everyone, please don't:

• Use the app to store or share someone else's personal information without their permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Create fake accounts or enter intentionally false data to manipulate stats
• Do anything that violates applicable law

5. Your Data

• The stats and logs you enter belong to you.
• We won't use your data for anything other than running the app.
• You can delete your records or your entire account at any time.
• We strongly recommend keeping your own backup of important data. While we do our best to keep everything safe, we can't guarantee against data loss from server errors or other unforeseen events.

6. The App Is Free — Here's the Trade-off

Inning Log is provided free of charge. In exchange, please understand that:

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We're not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues that arise from using the app.
• The accuracy of stats depends entirely on what you enter — we don't verify data.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the service for others. We'll try to give you a heads-up when possible, but we may act immediately if the situation calls for it.

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to issues outside our control. If we ever need to shut down permanently, we'll give at least 30 days' notice through the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law.
